Client database

Add every new client to a complete database. Fill in all the necessary information: name, address (for invoicing and delivery), category, email, phone, language, preferred payment and delivery methods, etc. Create new fields to be filled in if needed and combine multiple contacts for the same customer (whether to add different delivery or billing addresses, or just multiple people to contact the customer).

Item database

All items, services and subscriptions you're selling can be properly identified on Bloobiz with a variety of specifications such as price, unit, edition, condition, type of use, and much more.

Sales cycle follow-up

Bloobiz provides you with an efficient follow-up of the sales cycle, which is the core of your business activity. From customers to price quotations, orders, invoices and payments and much more, you can manage all of this from interconnected interfaces.

Usage statistics

Bloobiz's statistics on orders and invoices allow for analysing your business activity over a specific period of time, such as the quantity of orders per item and their respective revenue.

In sync with inventory management

No need to manage your sales and inventory separately anymore – with Bloobiz, you can speed up the whole process by pairing sale items with stock items. This way, sold items are automatically deducted from your counter.

Custom price quotations

Create custom price quotations for each customer with the items they ordered and their respective discounts if applicable. All this in a structured layout with titles and comments, so that the customer is presented with a clear, comprehensive quotation that they can fully understand.

Placing orders

To place orders, you can either use the shopping cart or directly convert price quotations to orders. This way, all information is preserved while speeding up your sales cycle without making any mistakes.

Charging for items and services

You can generate invoices for both in-store sales and orders placed directly on Bloobiz. Either way, the interface stores all your invoices, and their statuses are automatically updated based on processed payments and refunds.

Temporary proforma invoicing

Edit invoices as much as necessary with the proforma format. Print them or send them by e-mail to your clients. Cancel these invoices if needed with no impact on accounting.

Client payments

Access open invoices and record payments. Do the same for refunds. Accept payments in installments or even advances on certain invoices.

Search forms

Fill in and save combinations of search filters. Speed up your searches and avoid repetitive searches. Reset them at any time.

Custom documents

Write your own marketing materials for your company. They are used by Bloobiz to generate customised documents. Edit these scripts for each step (offer, order, invoice etc) separately.

Booking an appointment

Organise your employees' and teams' calendars throughout the week. Be aware of all upcoming appointments and use the availability slots to make appointments.

Customer relationship maintenance

Add a new ticket for each new customer request in order to properly process them from start to finish. You can assign a ticket to an employee or service, leave comments at each step and get reminders. This way, you'll never forget about replying to a ticket anymore.
